What Skincare Routine Should I Use?

Dry skin is a common skin type. With dry skin, your skin can become itchy and red. Sensitive skin is more susceptible to irritations due to certain makeup or facial cleanser. What is considered normal skin? People with normal skin are the lucky ones. They're those people who never have breakouts. That doesn't mean they don't need a routine too though.
After you have determined your skin type, you will need to find the right products for your skin. You will have to purchase and test a cleanser, toner, moisturizer, exfoliant, cotton pads, and a face mask. Each product will specify which skin type it is for. This is how you discover an effective skincare routine for you.
Apart from products, there are a few practices to avoid. Namely, touching your face should be stopped. You're doing it now aren't you? Stop. By touching your face regularly, you allow bacteria from throughout the day to enter your pores and cause breakouts. Either avoid touching your face altogether or wash your hand thoroughly before doing so. Another thing not to do is pop or squeeze your blemishes. First of all, it hurts, but secondly, and more importantly, it could result in scarring, making your skin worse for wear.
